Call for the TGD Ordinary General Assembly

INFORMATION NOTE FOR OUR MEMBERS:
For the first meeting of our Ordinary General Assembly, the attendance of more than half of the total number of members is required. However, since it is anticipated that the quorum will generally be met at the second meeting date, members who cannot attend our National Congress on November 26, 2025, but wish to participate in the General Assembly, may notify us by email at [email protected] with a written request, and their round-trip transportation expenses (plane, train, or bus ticket) will be covered by our association.

AGENDA ITEMS

1. Opening and Roll Call
2. Moment of Silence and Recitation of the National Anthem
3. Election of the Council (Council President and two secretary members)
4. Reading of the Activity Report for the Biennial Period:
5. Reading of the Financial Statement for the Biennial Period and the Estimated Budget for the Upcoming Period
6. Reading of the Audit Report for the Biennial Period.
7. Approval and/or Acquittal of the Activity Report, Audit Report, and Financial Statement Reports
8. Authorization of the Newly Elected Board of Directors for the purchase/sale of property on behalf of the Association.
9. Authorization of the Newly Elected Board of Directors for the preparation of the Disciplinary Board Directive and its entry into force.
10. Proposed amendment to the association’s bylaws;
    -Correction of the new headquarters address in the bylaws due to the change in our association’s headquarters address
    -Annual membership fee to be 100.00 TL (one hundred TL), and to enable members to pay their fees more easily through an interactive secure banking system compliant with KVKK. (as per the written recommendation of the Ministry of Interior inspectors)
