PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data in the categories of identity, contact, transaction security, visual and audio recording information, and marketing are processed in accordance with the KVK Law and secondary regulations, within the framework of the purposes and legal grounds specified below:
Legal Obligations: Your personal data may be processed, transferred, and stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose, based on the legal ground specified in Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVK Law, if required by any legislative provision to which the Company is subject.
Resolution of Disputes: Your personal data is processed and may be shared with relevant legal authorities to prove that transactions are carried out in accordance with the law and that legal obligations are fulfilled, and to ensure the resolution of disputes, based on the legal ground of establishing, exercising, or protecting a right as specified in Article 5/2(e) of the KVK Law.
Contractual Processes: Your personal data is processed for the purposes of establishing or performing contracts to which our Company is a party, creating and completing membership registrations, and carrying out financial and accounting operations, based on the legal ground of establishing or performing a contract as specified in Article 5/2(c) of the KVK Law, and may be stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose.
Service Improvement and Customer Satisfaction: Your personal data is processed for actions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and service quality by evaluating your complaints and suggestions, improving services, and for activities based on customer satisfaction and communication purposes, based on the legal ground of legitimate interest regulated in Article 5/2(f) of the KVK Law.

Marketing/Advertising: If you give explicit consent, the Company may use your personal data for various advertising and marketing activities, based on the legal ground of explicit consent specified in Article 5/1 of the KVK Law. Your personal data will not be processed for these purposes if you do not consent to marketing activities or withdraw your consent.

Your personal data is stored for the period stipulated in the legislation and for reasonable periods after consent is withdrawn, as long as commercial communication permission is valid.

Your personal data will not be provided, disclosed, sold, or otherwise shared with third parties, except in the circumstances described herein or as otherwise stated at the time of data collection.
Your collected personal data may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations if requested within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations arising from the legislation to which we are subject. As a data subject, by applying to the Company, you have the right to:

Request information if your personal data has been processed,

Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the operations carried out within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the operations carried out within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against you by means of analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company in writing or by the methods regulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2018/03/20180310-6.htm), in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVK Law, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be charged by the Company.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can send a signed hard copy of your request, which includes the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise among those specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, by filling out the application form on our website and sending it to our address, delivering it in person, via notary public, or by sending the relevant form to our KEP address with a secure electronic signature.
